This is a video showing every mistake I made in building and designing this warehouse.

Big mistakes I made that I didn't talk about in the video:

1. Hiring a civil engineer out of state (I literally facetimed him from a field...)
2. Building a detention pond that was too big (wasting good land)
3. Not having an excavator look at the site w hile it was under contract (dirt moving was $$$$$)
4. Being overconfident thinking that my manufacturing experience carried over to construction (it did and didn't)
5. I should've cold called every warehouse in Austin before building my own, oops
6. Should've gotten a sense of utility connection cost while under contract
7. I shouldn't have self-GC'd the project at the beginning lol though in retrospect that was a based move
8. I shouldn't have been intimidated by MEP (hvac, electrical, plumbing) designs. They're not hard and our designs were bad.
9. Should've trusted my designers less and my contractors more when it came to design
10. I totally underestimated how hard this would be

Anyways, yeah, not easy, but it got done.
