The Government's playbook here is clearly to give the appearance of consulting local leaders but in reality devolving blame to them.

They're trying to divide us and pick us off one by one.

@Channel4 My daughter was due to get her Btec results the same day as A level results. 5 days later STILL NO results. The gov u turn doesn’t affect her anyway apparantly. @EdexcelStudents @PearsonEdexcel no use at all. 6 different lies told to us already! Please help!
