@O2 shocking customer service from your call centre this morning. Twice I have had the phone disconnected when trying to solve what should be an easy issue.
@O2 since Saturday. I have spoken to 6 different customer service representatives I have been into one of your branches and no one was able to fix the problem or offer any support. I had the phone put down on me twice and promises to call back which wasnt followed through
@O2 absolute joke. Only want to switch to sim only and keep my number. A week on and still can’t receive calls. Number not recognised. Farce of a company with every excuse. It’s not a difficult request. Disgusting customer service and no help!
