I’ve said this before but if our Olympics success has taught us anything, it’s invest in sports. Nothing brings the country together quite like nights like tonight.

There’s a lot going on in the world right now and we need these collective moments more than ever. Investment in infrastructure and coaching will not just help elite performance but also increase participation rates in sport. So many major health benefits to this.

Make this government policy and you will reap the rewards in the years to come. Goodnight.
