Trans activists used the slur TERF as a means to intimidate, shame, and silence all women who disagree with their ideological worldview. 

But the plan backfired on them in the most spectacular way. 

By labelling every woman who lives in reality a TERF, they created an army of proud TERFs who will, without a shadow of a doubt, defeat them. 

There’s a delicious poetic justice to this that warms my terfy heart.

You want to know what's worse than incompetence? Knowing the truth and burying it anyway.

They knew. That's the bit nobody is saying. They knew.

Two days after Henry died Hampshire Police secretly recorded Digwa in a police van speaking Punjabi to his brother. Digwa admitted stabbing Henry. Discussed claiming self defence. Made zero mention of racial abuse. Not one word.

Hampshire Police had that tape.

They knew Digwa was lying about the racist attack. They had the evidence. They had his own words and then tried to smear Henry as the aggressor anyway.

Three days after his death their statement read “it was reported two men had been assaulted by an unknown man.” Henry was the unknown man. The boy bleeding out on the street. They flipped it.

Family complained. Statement changed. Then police told the family their NEXT update would again infer Henry was the initial aggressor. His family had to fight them a second time. While grieving their murdered son.

Then during the trial Hampshire tried to issue a statement telling the public to stop talking about it online. Calling it disinformation. The CPS had to step in. Told them they were about to collapse their own murder case.

This is the force that handcuffed a dying boy. Missed the murder weapon twice. Had a secret tape proving the killer lied. And still tried to bury Henry's name.

That's not incompetence. That's a machine protecting itself. At the expense of a dead boy's reputation and three officers are still on active duty. Not suspended. Treated as witnesses. To their own actions.

Hampshire Police didn't just fail Henry on that street. They kept failing him for six months after he died.

The Gender-Critical or "TERF" Position is a materialist analysis of sex, gender, and women’s rights. It is not a theory of hatred toward trans-identified people. It is a claim about the importance of sex as a real, human, and materially significant category in law, language, medicine, safeguarding, sport, and feminism.

Trans activists often misrepresent the views of GC feminists, sex realists and TERFs becaue honesty would cause them to lose the argument.

The following is an attempt to represent my position as a gender critical, sex realist and radical feminist precisely so it is easier to see when that view is being intentionally misrepresented and/or understood by bad faith representatives of trans activism.

I know my own position better than anyone. Bad faith is presuming to tell me what my own position is in order to discredit me. That's worse than a strawman, and the main tactic of gender essentialist activism.

Here is my actual position: the only position I need to defend:

1. Sex is real and materially significant

Sex in human beings is not an identity, a feeling, a role, or a personality type. It is a reproductive and developmental category: male and female are the two human sex classes that are the means of human reproduction. Male is the sex class organized around the development of small, mobile gametes and female is the sex class organized around the development of large, immobile gametes.

This does not mean every person is fertile, typical, or currently capable of reproduction. Infertility, menopause, hysterectomy, castration, DSDs, injury, age, or illness do not erase sex. Sex is not a human performance and there is no standard for sex beyond teproductive role. Sex is a human condition and an innate, immutable attribute of the human body.

Gender-critical feminists reject the idea that sex is “assigned at birth” in the sense of being invented, guessed, or arbitrarily imposed by authority. In ordinary cases, sex is observed and recorded. Even in rare, extraordinary cases with ambiguous secondary sex characteristics, with modern instrumentation, the primary atrribute of sex is observable at the definitive level beyond the crude level of external genitalia at the cellular level.

2. Women are female human beings

In this framework, “woman” means an adult human female. “Girl” means a juvenile human female.

This definition does not depend on femininity, beauty, clothing, sexual behaviour, reproductive capacity, compliance, heterosexuality, or conformity to stereotypes. A woman can be masculine, feminine, lesbian, bisexual, heterosexual, celibate, infertile, disabled, old, young, gender-nonconforming, or medically atypical. She remains a woman because she is female.

The position is therefore not that women must look, act, dress, think, or feel a certain way. It is the opposite: women should be free from the sex-based stereotypes traditionally imposed on female people.

3. Gender is not sex

Radical feminism distinguishes sex from gender.
Sex refers to the embodied, biological male/female distinction.
Gender refers to the social roles, stereotypes, expectations, behaviours, and hierarchies imposed on people because of sex.
Gender-critical feminism does not seek to preserve gender roles. It seeks to abolish their coercive power.

A feminine male does not become female. A masculine female does not become male. No one should have to change sex category, medically alter their body, or adopt a new identity to be allowed to reject sexist expectations.

- Cuando a un tipo de izquierda no le gusta un programa de televisión, se queja y denuncia en los periódicos, las radios, los canales de televisión, se une a algún partido político de izquierda para promover una causa con el fin del alcanzar el cierre definitivo del canal de televisión que transmite el programa que no le gusta.

- Cuando un tipo de derecha es ateo, no va a la iglesia.
- Cuando uno de izquierda es ateo, se burla y persigue a todos aquellos que creen en Dios, denuncia la escuela o la institución que exponga un crucifijo, protesta contra cualquier signo de identidad religiosa, pide que se expropien los bienes de la iglesia, que se prohíba la semana santa y cada procesión o peregrinación (contra el Islam no hace nada porque no tiene el coraje).

- Cuando un tipo de derecha tiene problemas económicos, busca la manera de trabajar y ganar más dinero o trata de encontrar financiación para pagar sus deudas, y si puede, ahorra.
- Cuando un tipo de izquierda tiene problemas económicos le echa la culpa a la derecha, a los empresarios, a la burguesía, al capitalismo, a los neo conservadores etc., etc., luego se pone en contacto con un sindicato con la esperanza de que luego lo metan en un partido político o donde se pueda.

- Cuando un tipo de derecha lee este escrito, se ríe y si tiene ganas lo envía a sus amigos.
- Cuando un tipo de izquierda lee este escrito, se pone furiozo y trata de fascista y retrógrado a quién lo ha escrito y se lo envió.

Sólo cabría agregar: Un hombre de derecha persigue su propia felicidad; un hombre de izquierda persigue arruinarle la felicidad a los demás.

For a brief, fleeting 10-15 years, WE ALMOST HAD IT. The years between 1998-2012, roughly, we were very close, when no one really gave a damn either way. I remember it distinctly. An enormous shift in attitude’s & acceptance had occurred, after the horrors of being gay in the 80’s to the early-mid 90’s.

I was NOT alone in feeling this, even amongst the upper echelons of the ‘Gay Mafia’ I used to hang around with said the same.

The original aim was EQUALITY & we were, more or less, there.

Then along came identity politics, gender ideology & Que*r Theory, which screwed everything up.

Stonewall’s CEO, Ruth Hunt, said in 2014/15, & I quote, that their shift in focus was “known to be controversial, that it would be difficult, that people would LOSE by that & that herself & the staff thought THAT WAS A PRICE WORTH PAYING.” In other words, they KNEW this would receive pushback, yet were unwilling to listen or engage with those of us who had serious concerns.

A subsequent Stonewall CEO, Nancy Kelley, called lesbians “sexual racists” for not including men in their dating pool.

Michael Cashman called for those who had questions, predominantly women, about this shift to be “defecated upon” & there was “no debate” to be had.

And NOW look where we are.

Look around at the utter mess we’re in.

If you’re going to “look at yourself as an idiot”, at least be aware of WHY you might feel that way & what part you, yourself, played in it.

You cannot cheerlead & encourage an ideology that has caused so much destruction & damage, & then pretend to be flummoxed as to the reasons WHY everything has got so much worse.
