@sarsfansubs I've been trying to get in touch for days now, but all my attempts are ignored. My Drama-Otaku account is suddenly locked (last login 24 Sept 2025) even though I strictly adhered by all the rules. I tried reaching out here on X and emailing, but I haven't received any response.
