The police have widened the cordon around the area where the car believed to be involved came to a stop

Witness Umar Nyanzi said the car was eventually stopped when someone jumped in and pulled the handbrake on

Mr Mohmood said he believed around 8 to 10 people were injured, including children. He believes one child had particularly bad injuries.
