@SpeakUpGrahak Hi, my JIO fibre is not working for the 4 th time including 3 days of continuous disconnection during Diwali. The Fibre Termination Box is very bad fibers haanging adnd exposed to sky. Even a small rain wind can disturb the fibre. Techniacion not trained

Hi, there was 3 days interruption during Diwali, 8 hrs on 26.10 and again from 7 pm onwards still no jio WI FI. I have noticed your last mile maintenance team. Very pathetic. They can’t maintain a circuit continuously for one month with out interruption.

Hi, your want to spend time with your family please take jio fibre connection. Most of the time, some times days together it will be out of service forcing you to concentrate on studies/ family. Think thrice before subscription. Best of luck.

@JioCare Hi, my jio connection was interrupted on 16.11.26 at 11 hrs. Technician visit rescheduled by jio from 17 th to 19th. On physical inspection of your FTB it is in open condition and many drop wires are cut since it is not closed properly. If not restored toast I will disconnect.
