This was AFRAM, one of the biggest African American festivals on the East Coast, celebrating its 50th anniversary over Juneteenth weekend.

It got so bad the city declared part of the park a civil unrest zone and sent up the Foxtrot helicopter to help clear it.

...BUT WAIT, that wasn't even the first incident that day.

Hours earlier, police arrested a 17-year-old at the same festival for carrying a GUN.
