That was not pain because of the physical fight she was getting headache because savage hulk was pushing her out that’s why he says “no baner no girl just hulk” after he is released it’s pretty obvious from context in the scene

@cinensomnia She was breathing for him possibly even beating his heart for him but she did not feel the pain of the wound otherwise she would've felt the pain of the guy she walked infront of that taxi and the movie clearly showed she doesnt.

@MalditaSummer She didn't heal him she was essentially performing CPR by controlling his lungs (breathing for him as shown in the clip) and possibly beating his heart for him with ther telecinetic powers she unlocked (the glass she was holding to Metzer). Giving the medical teams time to help
