@HalfnHalf_Madam I’m sorry for your loss. I heavily relate to this though, I went into the vet expecting something treatable and he was euthanized less than 5 days later leaving me with a $6k bill from all the failed treatments. It’s been over a year since his passing and I still miss him daily.
@23rtyu70oh7@fruitsnacks42 You’re spewing pure nonsense- it’s natural by definition because it only takes extra calories to obtain. The bodies in the photos take “gear” and whatever else to obtain.
For the first time in almost 2 years, I’m tweeting again.
Life’s been a lot as Almond passed on 4/4/25, but at-least I graduate in December with my A.S.
I’m still here, still trying, and somehow still keeping my cats fed.
Here’s to whatever’s next. 😅✨
@birdpathy I got lasik 1 year ago, the doctor I went to did 2 visits prior to the operation, one for screening and one for prescription, then got the surgery 2 weeks later. I’m facing dry eyes 1 year later but the surgeons office is eating the cost of current treatments. I don’t regret it.
@KimKandz1989 @Britney_Rain03 @tserasrep This is what they’ve done to Michael Jackson’s music. He wrote so much music he could have albums for decades.
After weeks of waiting it is finally over. Today we got to bring home our two new kittens named Luna and Nebula. They're just wee little things but full of energy. Excited for the future with these little ones. 😊
To clarify: Yes we did put him down to reduce the pain he was going through due to a infection he caught from the pound as the infection would not go away, even with strong antibiotics, thanks to the FIV. He was struggling to get well and he couldn’t. Ergo this hard decision.
Today my cat Tesla has passed away. He got diagnosed with FIV (Feline HIV) and the vet said he wouldn’t have very long (like weeks) and to reduce the risk of my cat almond catching FIV this was the best route. I loved Tesla for the short time we had him. Forever in my heart ❤️
After weeks of consideration my dad and I agreed to get another cat. Today we went out looking at no-kill shelters and we found a new kitten. We named him Tesla. He’s around 6-7 weeks old and is so cute. Here’s a photo of our new baby:
Our other cat Almond isn’t so happy right now and continues to hide, hiss, and growl at Tesla and my dad and I. Hopefully he’ll get over his anger. Anyway, I’ll post more photos of Tesla as I get them.
