Keeping Hamburg moving.

At the Kattwyk Bridge in Hamburg, Sarens supported the replacement of critical bridge winches for HPA Hamburg Port Authority.

Using a CC3800 configured with approximately 120 m of boom and a ballast wagon on the twin barges Tom & Wim, our team safely removed the existing winches (around 50 tonnes each) and installed new units weighing approximately 80 tonnes.

Another example of combining heavy lifting expertise with floating crane operations to support vital port infrastructure.

How do you transport a 600-tonne military vessel through the streets of a city?

In Kazakhstan, Sarens successfully transported the Dinmukhamed Kunaev military vessel across Uralsk using 40 axle lines of Kamag K25 modular trailers, hydraulic jacking systems, and carefully coordinated engineering and route planning.

From lifting and loadout operations to urban transport under police escort and temporary power shutdowns, this project showcases the precision, control, and heavy transport expertise required to move oversized cargo safely through complex environments.
