Despite winning 3-0, there were quite a few moments where you saw Club Brugge find enormous gaps between our midfield and backline.

That’s simply part and parcel of what to expect without Rice.

We pressed M2M, but the moment we lose duels in the middle of the park, we simply didn’t have the personnel in the engine room to keep up with the pace of the game.

This is why a lack of a Rice contingency plan leaves me feeling apprehensive.

From what I understand, Eze, Madueke, Kudus, and Rogers are all on Arsenal’s shortlist for the third attacker role. I think two key questions will shape this decision:
