Ngl after doing a deep dive , I hope Presti keeps Chet and drafts Yaxel Lendeborg . I had no idea he how perfect of a fit he is… 6’10, 7’4 wingspan , solid shooter , rebounds , great handle & can get his own shot

This Jdub injury is why Yaxel was needed more than Mara or both should’ve been drafted since OKC has a million assets that can’t be used. I think they will be good but depth at the wing has always been a problem

Jaquez is probably the closest you can get to Jdub at the wing . 6’6 3 level scorer who doesn’t need help creating his own shot + solid rebounder . He doesn’t hold a candle to Jdub on defense but with the triplets on the back end that may not matter

There is no way to fill Jdub shoes with 1 player . OKC should go after both Jamie Jaquez & Max Christie. (Yes they can acquire both & stay under the cap) use the 15.1M exception on Jaquez & give up Topic . Give Dallas a few 2nds for Christie or a bad 1st .
