A surprising number of businesses making $10M+ in revenue still run on instinct.
They have:
- Sales reports
- Monthly financials
- A bookkeeper
- A CPA
But they still can’t confidently answer:
“Where is the cash actually going?”
Most business owners don’t actually need “more accounting.”
They need:
• clarity on cash flow
• visibility into margins
• confidence in decisions
• a financial partner who explains the numbers in plain English
Good finance should reduce stress — not create it.
One thing I’ve noticed in manufacturing:
A business can look profitable on paper and still be cash constrained.
Usually because:
- inventory quietly grew,
- margins compressed,
- or cash got trapped operationally.
Most founders don’t need more reports.
They need clarity.

I haven’t used Twitter (or X) in a while! I’ll be using this account to tweet about business finance going forward.
