Today, they rise, not asking for space, but owning it.
These are not just voices, but stories of courage finding their truth.
When women speak, the world doesn't just listen, it changes.
Echoing this thought, today we proudly welcomed the first cohort of 40 women Sarpanchs- our Sarpanch Shaktis- under the Digital Sarpanch Shakti program.
The first session, *Public Speaking and Communicating with Confidence*, was conducted for this dynamic and diverse cohort. The session was led by Ms. Priyanka Maheshwari, who delivered an engaging and insightful learning experience, encouraging participants to find their voice and communicate with confidence.
This marks the beginning of a journey towards stronger leadership, greater confidence, and impactful community change.
