There were children at the front of the bus! Road rage shouting at other cars, driving in the outside lane of the motorway...I could go on. Refused to give his name! Not appropriate behaviour when driving customers..although fairly certain he picked up his unpaying gf in Newport

@IKEAUK delivery booked 16 Feb, you message me today, no delivery until 3 April. Called customer services, but closed at 7pm, yet advertised open till 8pm on the website. Not ok!! Talk above over promise and under deliver!! #vangrycustomer
