Pathetic experience. We have been calling them 50 times in a day and they are not even replying to our calls saying we don’t pick up the calls. Why don’t we take up calls when we are facing issue in extreme heatwave. Might take it further to @jagograhakjago

Seriously disappointed with @BlueStarLtd 's service. My water dispenser is broken for 2 weeks, and despite multiple complaints, all I get are new ticket numbers like B25062228200165 and B25062328202376. No one has come to fix the problem. Really poor customer services.

How can you delay delivery of medicines after showing expected time of delivery? Do you know how important it can be for someone to take medicines on time? A person might rely on your services to get medicine on time. Facing this for the second time in row.

What a pathetic service!!
I have logged several complaints, nothing has been done and I always receive a message in few days that the complaint has been resolved.
My gas pipeline was installed one and a half years ago but connection is still pending.
