ServiceTitan prefers you buy Max but you should just be able to get STL if that’s all you want. People go with us because booking rate is way higher, but ST STL should also be offered stand-alone.

@freddymcgill You don’t need to pay for Max for the providers you mentioned. The legacy ones (Hatch, CHIRP) are pretty low cost for texting but aren’t as good as keeping up an AI conversation so still lots of work for your team. Also most speed-to-lead bookings come from the voice call.

@jliemandt Why is tuition in SF $75K vs. NY $65K vs. Austin $40K? Is it based on operating costs, parent’s willingness to pay, quality (higher guide / student ratios, more activities, etc.) and/or something else?

@girdley Do you still come up with the menu and shopping list and get the groceries for them? So their 6 hours is just cooking? Or does that 6 hours include some of those other things?
