@united I have never been so sick to my stomach about your customer service at SXM. We paid $1,000 to change our flight today which was originally changed without our consent, only to be told they can’t give us tickets because they won’t retrieve our bags from the previous flight
Idk if I hate @JFKairport or @Delta. Landed from SXM almost two hours ago…customs was a breeze. And no bags still. Missed connections…starving. Thirsty. Send help #postvacationmeltdown
