@AReis4412 I totally agree with this! Yes Disney has its flaws like everyone and everything else in life but it will always have a very special place in my heart
@MikePristovnik I love this & totally agree! Whenever I’m not sure about something, I either make that clear confidentially or don’t say anything at all. But when I know what i’m talking about, it is always done with confidence. Couldn’t agree more!
I personally think that looking at the digital code in social media is an important place to stop and reflect at the end of our course because even in this course we are using social media and it’s important to know the impact it has on not only us but everyone. #Lesson13
If I was a teacher, I’d spread awareness of the code that comes with digital technologies to my students in an interactive way that shows them it can also affect them in the long run. #Lesson13
@mariannac2021 I loved this concept! So easy and so great to see everyone’s opinion on this kind of plateform. It can be overwhelming sometimes but I always loved reading everyone’s tweets! :)
@AReis4412 I think I spend way too much time on social media to be honest and I wish I didn’t. Because, I could be doing other things that are more productive but it’s become such a big part of our lives that I feel like I almost can’t control it even if I know i do. So problematic!
For example, people that have a lot of power could talk about racism, sexism, the pandemic, the environment, etc. I could go on about things like this. I may not know what it feels like to know what it is like to have that much power but I would love to see that more. #Lesson12
To add to lesson 12, sometimes people have a lot of power on social media but don’t always use their platforms to talk about important things that happen in the world. #Lesson12
Just to talk about Lesson 6 again, one I found very interesting. I think it’s unfortunate to see that so many of us hide behind a screen or a created profile but I also think we’re all so soaked into it to actually notice. #Lesson6
@UConMikaylaS Omg I totally agree with this! Even today, I still consider it kind of scary because it just seemed kind of odd. I feel like if I watched it again today, I’d be scared ahahah
