When I became a governor, our hospitals was nothing to write home about and when the government sends money for things to be fixed, they will divert the money to personal accounts and the problem persists, so we developed a new strategy of partnering with agencies and private hospitals through funding.
This made the doctors angry hence the strike.
If you’re doing something good, those benefiting from it for being bad will agitate, if other ways of getting it right upset them we will not stop doing what is right, let them agitate.
Go to Anambra today, we have the highest teaching hospitals and nursing schools compared to any other state in Nigeria.

This is what leadership entails.
You can’t deny that a handful of people are benefiting from the coarse and corruption going on in Nigeria right now, imagine trying to stope those coarse, they will fight back and them fighting back does not mean something worse is about to happen, it means food is being taken away from their mouth and they need to fight to survive because they only thrive in coarse.

The case has reportedly been adjourned till September 1, so why would the Kwara State Police Command come all the way to Ibadan to arrest someone?

And if there was no bench warrant or any fresh court order authorising the arrest, what exactly was the legal basis for the operation?

This is the same kind of cross-state arrest involving Tani Olohun that was reported in 2023, when Kwara police officers arrested him in Ibadan and took him to Ilorin.

The police need to explain themselves clearly. Nigerians deserve to know what happened and under what authority.

This is the chairman Kuje Area Council FCT Samuel Danjuma Shekwolo threatening to chase out from the area anybody who will not join of vote for APC. Authoritatively saying that those who will not vote APC must leave Kuje area council is a direct threat to lives and an attack on freedom of association and liberty of persons.
No one has the right to make living in a place in Nigeria tied to voting for one political party. The chairman Kuje Area Council FCT Samuel Danjuma Shekwolo is a danger to society and must be held to account for threatening violence on those who may not vote for APC.
The opposition should learn this kind of politics if they actually want to remove this devilish APC.
