i don’t know how to describe it but i lost someone i never knew and it affected me. i get flashes of sadness, and i feel like i am mourning by myself since no one else gets it. doesn’t feel like anyone cares, not even a little “you okay?”.

I think one of the more hurtful things is that no one checked up on me. no one asked if i was okay despite knowing how much i voiced that i love one direction and the boys. everyone i know treated it like another celebrity death and moved on, even made jokes.

my heart is definitely missing a little piece. and they just don’t get it and i don’t think they ever will. it is different than family, friend, classmate, coworker, etc. he may not have known me or i him personally, but he was also not a random stranger to me.
