Another J6’er is back in jail. Bryan Betancur Battisti. This time for stalking and harassing multiple women, one of them being me.

Jake Lang, a far-right influencer who was criminally charged in connection with the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol insurrection but was later pardoned by President Trump, was arrested in Dallas, Texas, on a state charge of making terroristic threats.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, 31-year-old Lang was arrested Tuesday after getting off a flight in Dallas on one third-degree felony count of making a terroristic threat. He was booked into the Dallas County Jail.

The charge comes after photos and videos showed Lang outside the Collin County courthouse several times this past week during the murder trial for teen Karmelo Anthony.

@CowboyCouy @DerrickEvans4WV He’s not there for speech. You can’t go on a plane and say bomb. You can’t make specific threats to harm someone. It’s literally the law. I think all the other people that were at the courthouse making threats to k*ll should be arrested too. I think a few actually were.

A horse pulling a carriage in New York City’s Central Park collapsed and died Tuesday evening near Strawberry Fields, according to witnesses and animal welfare advocates. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m., with the horse reportedly dying minutes after collapsing.

The death comes just days before supporters of Ryder’s Law are set to rally at City Hall in support of legislation that would phase out the city’s horse-drawn carriage industry. The bill is named after Ryder, a carriage horse that collapsed while working in Manhattan in 2022 and later died from his injuries.
