Don't forget this recruiting tip:
The players dealbreaker is always an interest. Not sure why the game doesn't just automatically checkmark it, but I'm yet to see this not be the case. Let me know if you have seen otherwise!
I hope to have a video up later next week dropping all my findings when it comes to recruiting.
Six weeks into my College Football 27 Nebraska dynasty...
🌽 6-0
🔥 Anthony Colandrea is playing out of his mind.
🏈 Biggest win of the season over #4 Indiana.
Tracking the entire journey with CFB Clipboard, and it's been awesome looking back at every game, player, and storyline.
@_willcompton I think you'd approve of this week's headline.
@The_Chauncey For Example: Talent Developer for Quarterbacks
CFB 26: 48/10 = 4.8 levels
CFB 27: 130/25 = 5.2 levels.
The tiers scale so its either the same or cheaper for tiers 1-3, but adding tier 4 actually way costs more, which will likely lead to rarely picking tier 4.
EA is still gaming the numbers. They bumped level rewards from 1025 pts, which sounds generous, but:
Beginner tier max: 3.2→3.6 coach levels
Elite tiers (ex. CEO/Program Builder): 4.8→ 5.2 coach levels
In conclusion, it is a bit cheaper if you only want the first couple upgrades, but overall, they made each tree actually more expensive, except CEO and Program Builder.
@bordeauxyoutube @Poodle_YT
@The_Chauncey It used to be 8-8-8-8 for the starter tier, then 12-12-12-12 for elite tiers. They changed to be 15-20-25-30, then 25-30-35-40.
Essentially, you don't really get more surplus points, you can just buy the lower tiers easier. Adding LESS build variety.
EA has responded, but sounds like they’re gonna stand firm for now and double down on the changes with micro transactions
They’re also using creators to push their messaging without making a statement themselves or addressing anything
“the core coach level progression is unchanged from CFB 26” true, but normal is way too slow, and you REMOVED 2 faster settings
They acknowledge “Fast/Faster Coach Progression was removed from Dynasty,” 0 update on a plan to bring it back
ZERO mention of removing XP sliders from Road to Glory either
“continuing to monitor community feedback” basically meaning we don’t wanna make a change because we think it’ll blow over lmao
I can’t believe this is the response the College Football team is making. Do better @EASPORTSCollege #CFBPlayDontPay
How does it make it harder by removing the slider and replacing it with a way to spend money. If anything, does that not make it easier if you have money?

1. The post is simply talking about the XP from the playoff itself. I missed what CEO was saying, regardless it is still over 67 national titles alone.
2. You are attempting to do the most optimal build. Currently you are only at around 620,000. You might be able to do it if you keep it up. For an actual rebuild or for someone who wants to build their own way, it is not really feesible. If you weren't winning a natty every single year and winning on every single visit, this would be a completely different story.
EA has completely missed the mark with the Coach XP system in College Football 27 Dynasty.
To reach Level 100, you need approximately 2.5 million XP.
A full National Championship run earns just:
3,750 XP
+12,500 XP with the CEO ability
= 16,250 XP total
That means you'd need 150+ Playoff seasons just to reach max level.
Think about that.
You're telling me I have to win over 150 playoff runs... or spend real money on Green Points?
This has no place in Dynasty mode.
Dynasty has always been about building a program over time not being pushed toward microtransactions to progress your coach.
@Poodle_YT@NotTheExpertYT
I know many people have been pointing out some of the recruiting logic in CFB 27. We made a video going over an exploit that happens at the end of the year. Essentially it allows for you to sign multiple 4 star recruits for 0 NIL. This needs fixed ASAP.
