ASSAM RIFLES TO CONDUCT FIVE-DAY UAS ELECTRONICS & DRONE SYSTEMS BOOTCAMP IN MANIPUR
#AssamRifles in collaboration with IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, is conducting a specialised five-day Bootcamp on Electronics for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), Sensors and Communication at the Drone Training Node (DTN), Modi, Chandel District from 01 to 05 December 2025. Building on the success of Manipur’s pioneering Drone Training Capsule held at IIIT Manipur in July 2025, the programme—organised under a MeitY project—aims to deepen technological proficiency among Defence personnel. The Bootcamp will provide intensive training on aircraft fundamentals, sensor integration, communication systems, data acquisition and flight testing. Participants will gain hands-on experience in assembling and operating FPV drones, with modules on both autonomous and manual flight. The curriculum emphasises practical problem-solving and real-world challenges in drone electronics. The programme will be conducted by Prof. Ravi Kumar Gangwar, Prof. Jaisingh T.E., Prof. Samrat Mukhopadhyay and Prof. Jeevesh Kumar from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, in coordination with Assam Rifles. All participants will receive Certificates of Participation, and top performers will be awarded Certificates of Merit.

CHILDREN’S DAY CELEBRATED WITH ZEAL ACROSS TENGNOUPAL AND KAKCHING BY ASSAM RIFLES
#AssamRifles celebrated Children’s Day with great zeal and enthusiasm across Tengnoupal and Kakching districts of Manipur on 13 Nov 2025, paying a heartfelt tribute to Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, fondly remembered as “Chacha Nehru.” The celebrations brought together over 250 children from local schools, neighbouring communities and remote villages, spreading joy and cheer. The events were organised at multiple venues including Pallel, Moreh and Assam Rifles Public School (ARPS) at Pallel Garrison, where children participated in games, dance and singing competitions and enjoyed a special movie screening.

मैं, कल्पना श्रीवास्तव, एक अधिवक्ता के रूप में, इस मंच के माध्यम से अपनी गहरी चिंता और आक्रोश व्यक्त करना चाहती हूँ। आज मैं जिस मुद्दे पर प्रकाश डाल रही हूँ, वह न केवल हमारी सांस्कृतिक और नैतिक मूल्यों पर प्रहार है, बल्कि यह हमारी युवा पीढ़ी के भविष्य और समाज की नींव को भी खतरे में डाल रहा है।

मामला एक ओटीटी प्लेटफॉर्म, उल्लू ऐप पर प्रसारित होने वाले रि��लिटी शो "हाउस अरेस्ट" से संबंधित है, जिसे एजाज़ खान होस्ट कर रहा हैं। इस शो में जो कुछ दिखाया जा रहा है, वह न केवल अश्लीलता की पराकाष्ठा है, बल्कि यह हमारी सनातन संस्कृति और हिन्दू नारी की गरिमा पर एक गहरा आघात है। शो के कुछ दृश्यों में, जिसमें प्रतियोगी लड़कियों को उनके अंतःवस्त्र उतारने के लिए प्रेरित किया जा रहा है और वहाँ मौजूद होस्ट व अन्य लोग तालियाँ बजाकर और हूटिंग करके इस अश्लीलता को बढ़ावा दे रहे हैं, यह सब देखकर कोई भी सभ्य समाज शर्मसार हो जाएगा।

हमारी भारतीय संस्कृति में नारी को देवी का दर्जा दिया गया है। उसे सम्मान, सुरक्षा और गरिमा प्रदान करना हमारा कर्तव्य है। लेकिन इस प्रकार के शो, जो खुले तौर पर नारी की इज्ज़त के साथ खिलवाड़ कर रहे हैं, हमारी सांस्कृतिक नींव को कमज़ोर कर रहे हैं। यह शो न केवल हमारी माँ-बेटियों का अपमान कर रहा है, बल्कि यह हमारी युवा पीढ़ी को भी गलत दिशा में ले जा रहा है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप नैतिक पतन, मानसिक तनाव और सामाजिक अस्थिरता जैसी समस्याएँ उत्पन्न हो रही हैं।

कानूनी दृष्टिकोण से देखें तो, यह शो सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 की धारा 67 और 67A के अंतर्गत अश्लील सामग्री के प्रसारण के खिल��फ प्रावधानों का उल्लंघन करता है। इसके अतिरिक्त, यह भारतीय न्याय संहिता की धारा 292 और 294 के तहत भी आपत्तिजनक है, जो अश्लील सामग्री के प्रकाशन और सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर अश्लील कृत्यों को अपराध मानती है। यह शो न केवल कानून का उल्लंघन कर रहा है, बल्कि यह ओटीटी प्लेटफॉर्म्स के लिए निर्धारित नैतिक दिशानिर्देशों और सूचना एवं प्रसारण मंत्रालय के नियमों की भी अवहेलना कर रहा है।

मैं सूचना एवं प्रसारण ��ंत्रालय (@MIB_India ) और माननीय मंत्री ��्री अश्विनी वैष्णव ( @AshwiniVaishnaw ) से तत्काल हस्तक्षेप की मांग करती हूँ। इस शो को तुरंत बंद किया जाए और इसके निर्माताओं, होस्ट और इसमें शामिल सभी पक्षों के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए। साथ ही, ओटीटी प्लेटफॉर्म्स पर प्रसारित होने वाली सामग्री के नियमन के लिए कठोर दिशानिर्देश लागू किए जाएँ, ताकि भविष्य में इस तरह की अश्लीलता को रोका जा सके।

हमारा समाज हमारी संस्कृति और मूल्यों पर टिका है। यद��� हम आज चुप रहे, तो यह अश्लीलता हमारी युवा पीढ़ी को बर्बाद कर देगी और हमारी सांस्कृतिक पहचान को मिटा देगी। मैं सभी जागरूक नागरिकों से अपील करती हूँ कि वे इस मुद्दे पर अपनी आवाज़ बुलंद करें और हमारी संस्कृति को बचाने में अपना योगदान दें।

जागो भारतवासियों, अपनी संस्कृति और अपनी माँ-बेटियों की इज्ज़त को बचाओ!
