@O2 if I click to DM it just flicks to for a split second and comes back to this thread. The last attempt to "upgrade" or change tariff i received an automated? email saying they would get back to me within 24hrs...well that didn't happen.

@virginmedia doing my head in. have to link account with O2 and its a nightmare...and now locked out. Absolutely ridiculous.

@virginmedia I keep getting link my accounts...so now able to login to O2... but as for my virgin media sign in it sends me round in circles..and constantly asking to verify with an emajl. click the approve link and it takes me to a sign in page and cant sign in.
