Pretty pumped to finish this camp week working against some great competition. Grateful for the invites from @CoachGezella and @TrustMyEyesO at @TXSTATEFOOTBALL. Really appreciative of the level of coaching provided.

@TUFootballTX knows how to put on a camp, and @JerhemeUrban83 takes the time to let you understand their process. If anyone ever wonders about camps in the future, hit this one.

Loved that @FBCoachTJ (Mike Vrable's younger brother) let us get at it hitting, bring out some aggression! You will pick him out in the 2nd video. Also thankful getting to talk with all the other coaches, especially @Ison50 from @ColgateFB, learning about opportunities I had never considered.

Disappointed no spring game. Just means I needed to make up that work somewhere else. So it was BACK to BACK camps this weekend. Just over 12 hours after one ends, hit the next.
Good to have my boy Rafael Mata along also. 🤟

Extra reps and really technical, focused coaching more than pay off. Hbacks/fbs and OL just grinding for two hours non-stop yesterday.

If you are debating college camps, and if they are worth it, worst case scenario is you get some great coaching and competition, better case is they say come play ball for us... best case they say 'are you on track to graduate early' 🤘. Any way you come out ahead.

Feet, violent hands, punch/stab low to high, elbows in,low center, winning 6-8 inches at a time. Just can't appreciate how many great college football programs and coaches are in Texas. Every camp is a competition, and every interaction with a coach a learning experience.

Very thankful for the invite from @coachkeithallen. Spent an awesome morning out with @SchreinerFB today! Every time I'm on campus I really feel like you are building an environment for long term success. Everything with a purpose. No wasted movement.

@CoachZ_SU, I may not have acted like it in the moment, but truly love your coaching style. Never a rep where there wasn't some level of expected improvement...no 'good job' comments blindly handed out.

Second: The extra work I put in on the weekends, knowing these things pay off.
Third pic: The amount of Chocolate Fa!rlife milk I drink every other day to recover from all that work. 😊
Fourth pic: Feb 25th 2026 - 261 lbs

In 6 months, 33 pounds gained, 8" increase to broad, 4" increase to vert. Don't have to sacrifice one for the other.
