agitating the issue is the fact that the cat is only sometimes the type of cat I like & the rest of the time is crazy, so I already had my doubts & the med shit is brutal but I know the previous foster wouldn't be able to afford to do it so I'm like grinning & bearing it haha 🥴

been keeping quiet abt this but I sort of adopted a cat on a trial basis from a small rescue that fell on hard times & she ended up having med issues incl. maybe FIP & I'll have to take her where Bug was going & I didn't expect this stress or 💸 so soon & trying not to scream.

at one point he made a lightning fast break for it and I caught him in the most crazy smooth way possible and the vet was looking at me in absolute shock and I played it off like "not my first mouse rodeo" but internally I was like, that was 90% pure luck

Pikachu isn't feeling well & I called the vet. I told the lady that he is not hand tame, but she said the vet was a pro with small animals & it would be fine

what ensued was the most chaotic vet visit I've ever had, pretty sure the vet saw her life flash before her eyes
