Finally closing my FNB business accounts I’ve been scammed 3 times by other Fnb holders when I report the matter to Fnb they either never get back to you when they get back to you it’s a conversation to apologise but no real action is taken I have lost so much money
@Rb__sa So at this point it’s best we partways and I move on this bank has zero customer service from bank level to customer service agents there’s no sense of reading the information they got and then reaching out they give you generic responses only and I’ve been dealing with this
@Rb__sa I got an email this morning requesting me to reach out to the people who took the money out of my account directly but five weeks ago I provided them with the exchange between me and the merchant 17th of February I provided them with the dispute form and still nothing
@Rb__sa Trust me when I initially spoke to you about this five weeks ago I got a phone call from a guy named Jacque the next day who apologise and told me they are on top of everything and nothing after that
Im done with FNB going to Nedbank ive had enough people can just deduct money off of your account those dispute forms you fall in means nothing they don’t read they don’t do their work they don’t communicate at this point I’m just exhausted
@FNBSA i’ve had my business account with you guys for 10 years but there’s no respecting or appreciating your clients you don’t take care of them in fact you stressed them out more and they zero customer service
The crazy part is I tweeted about this a month ago I sent them all the information and all I get is weekly responses of them asking me to communicate directly as if I haven’t sent them proof of that
@Rb__sa No concerns were addressed I received a phone call from a gentleman who was very apologetic and understanding only to receive an email today a literal spit in my face telling me to contact the merchant when I attached the correspondence between me and the merchant in my email
So @FNBSA has duplicate transactions going off your account and they did not inform clients of this in other words certain things that you paid for once went off twice R3415 x2 R586 x2 I called the bank asking them why these transaction went through twice ⬇️
If she actually read the email something Fnb employees don’t do she would’ve realised not only with all the proof attached but now they’ve made me wait 31 days and still no money still no revertible merchant apologising and my own bank allowing this absolute craziness
So just a note a fraudulent transactions goes off your account and you contact the company fill in a dispute form with @FNBSA go as far supporting documents showing the merchant not just apologising but informing you to contact your bank and this is the response I get!!? Im done
