Good morning from Port Kochi
The best habit I've built is living close to a gym. Work gets busy, so I train only 3–4 days a week, but I give it everything I've got. Consistency over excuses. 💪🔥
Different place, same mindset people 😉
Take some time on weekends to organize your wardrobe. You’ll rediscover good clothes you forgot you had, and trust me, opening a clean wardrobe before work feels mentally refreshing.

Sapna Rana from Bhawanpur village in Solan is now leading an ‘Army Service Corps (ASC)’ unit in Northeast India.
Her journey began like that of any ordinary girl from the hills — helping her mother in the fields, cutting fodder for cattle, and walking miles to college to save money.
Joining NCC during her college days in Solan became the turning point of her life. She later cleared the CDS exam and even won a gold medal at the training academy in Chennai.
From village trails to serving the nation in uniform, Colonel Sapna Rana’s journey is truly inspiring for every daughter of Himachal. 🫡🇮🇳

Be rich. But never talk about money. Be fit. But never talk about working out. Be sharp. But never mention books. You're a man. Never let excitement make you announce things prematurely. Stay low-key and move silently. you'll never regret it.
She got aggressive and even used the word ‘gawar.’ Who talks like that? Later she did the same thing on the ab machine when another guy asked to use it. Same behavior again. Honestly, I hate this gym etiquette — machines are for training, not for camping on while scrolling.
I rarely write about anyone here, but today something at the gym really bothered me. A girl was sitting on the pec deck for 5–6 minutes doing nothing, just watching YouTube. I asked the trainer to check if she was done so I could use the machine.
