ANOTHER MASSACHUSETTS MOM HAS BEEN "SENTENCED": Jennifer Prudencio will SERVE ONLY 4-6 YEARS for the de*th of her 3-year-old son Yael.

Yael Guardado-Prudencio was found unresponsive on April 7, 2024, at the family’s Chelsea apartment at 242 Spencer Avenue. He was pronounced de*d at the scene.

Prudencio, 28, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Suffolk Superior Court to involuntary man$laughter. She also pleaded guilty to three counts of reckless endangerment of a child.

Judge Joshua Wall sent her to MCI-Framingham. He added three years of probation after release and credited 284 days already served.

Yael had hemophilia and a seizure disorder. In the week before he d*ed, he vomited blood and had a facial wound from a fall during a seizure that would not heal.

Prosecutors said she took him for medical care twice that week. On the night of April 6 he was still pale and vomiting.

She left him with his brothers, then 8 and 7, and drove to a bar in Revere. Assistant Prosecutor Audrey Mark said she DRANK THERE FOR HOURS, then slept at her boyfriend’s apartment in Somerville.

The 8-year-old texted her with concerns about Yael. He sent a video of the toddler moaning and in distress around 1 a.m.

Mark said Prudencio admitted she got the texts and the video. “Despite that she chose to stay out all night.”

She walked in at about 10 a.m. on April 7. Toxicology later showed undetectable levels of his anti-seizure medication.

She first pleaded not guilty after her April 9, 2024 arrest. A judge later ordered 20 days at the Solomon Carter Fuller Mental Health Center for evaluation.

She changed her plea on August 11. Prosecutors refused a deal and asked Wall to go above the state guidelines.

Defense attorney Peter Marano called her “a child in an adult body” who had survived abusive relationships. The judge was not moved.

Probation bars alcohol and illegal dr*gs and requires mental-health treatment. It also requires a parenting class if she seeks contact with her older children or has another child.

She did trick riding at carnivals for money. She was once refused a prize she had won on a track after taking off her helmet and the officials saw who had won.

During the Second World War she was a civilian dispatch rider for the army, carrying documents between bases across the country on her own motorcycle, in uniform, alone, through the segregated South.

She settled in Miami, where the police tried to stop her riding until she took the captain to a training field and demonstrated what she could do on a bike. He left her alone after that.

She rode into her seventies. They called her the Motorcycle Queen of Miami.

Eight crossings of a country that would not rent her a bed.

Obiageriaku Jane Iheanacho worked in a Baltimore nursing home. Surveillance caught her hitting and shoving 74-year-old Ellsworth Johnson-Bey, a dementia patient, into a wall over a stupid fight about gloves. He broke his hip. She did not help him. The medical examiner later ruled his death a homicide.

She took a plea to first-degree assault and elder abuse. A judge gave her 25 years and suspended all but 7. Even back in 2023 they floated deportation.

ICE just arrested this Nigerian illegal alien as one of the “worst of the worst.” Almost nobody on X is telling Ellsworth’s story.
