@MBTA_CR_Alerts@MBTA_CR_Alerts FYI coach 1821’s tracker is not appearing on all commuter rail tracking apps. It’s led signs works fine. You may want to look into 1834 and 1858’s led signs which aren’t working to show the destination of the train. 1858 had worked previously but not now.
@MBTA_CR_Alerts@MBTA_CR_Alerts Coach 1801’s gps is not displaying on the tracking apps. It’s led signs works fine though. Also, numerous northeast corridor station don’t have train approaching signs working. Canton through forest hills, excluding route 128.
@MBTA_CR_Alerts@MBTA_CR_Alerts control coaches ptis data are all broken again. On pantograph app, it does not state when the coach was last seen. It is supposed to show the last trip it took. Please fix. 1834’s led signs still aren’t working properly. Only says T.
@MBTA_CR_Alerts@MBTA_CR_Alerts 1809 and 1846’s led signs and 1846’s blind coaches led signs don’t work. It just says T. 1822 gps isn’t working at all now. Idk why. Please get them fixed and let me know when you’ve started looking at them.
@MBTA_CR_Alerts@MBTA_CR_Alerts you have 1815 back on a set that has the broken gps. Please get it fixed so that people can see where it is. Plus, 1809, 1824, and 1834 along with half of your sets with blinds led signs not working and only says T. Please get this fixed.
@MBTA_CR_Alerts@MBTA_CR_Alerts You may want to look into 1846’s blind cars because none of their led signs works with the destination on the outside. Only 1846 does.
@MBTA_CR_Alerts@MBTA_CR_Alerts Any reason why 1806 tracks as 1628 while 1824 as 1638? Plus their and 1834’s led signs don’t work. Onky says T instead of the destination. Please fix and let me know when the team is working on it. 1809 is working normally.
@MBTA_CR_Alerts@MBTA_CR_Alerts I’m happy to report that 1821’s gps is working again on the trackers and 1824 is displaying correctly. Intermittently it comes up as 1638. I’m sure 1809 will work properly when it gets added back to a set.
@MBTA_CR_Alerts@MBTA_CR_Alerts gps for coach 1800 on this train 1919 is not appearing on the tracking apps.
Same with coach 1821, but the led signs works fine. 1834’s led signs are broken but tracks just fine.
@MBTA_CR_Alerts@MBTA_CR_Alerts Why no track info on needham, providence, and stoughton lines? No appearing on the Mbta rail app, but for all other lines, it works fine. Also, did 1809 and 1821’s gps get fully fixed?
@MBTA_CR_Alerts@MBTA_CR_Alerts FYI, 1809 and 1821’s gps still don’t work properly. What are you doing to address this? Also, 1704’s gps doesn’t work intermittently. It does come on off and on.
@MBTA_CR_Alerts@MBTA_CR_Alerts coaches 1809 and 1821’s gps still aren’t working properly. I have no idea what you guys are doing to get them fixed. 1867’s works again. Last I saw, 1821 did show the destination on its sign, but not trackable yet. 1834 is, but led signs don’t work.
@MBTA_CR_Alerts@MBTA_CR_Alerts FYI coach 1834’s gps does work on the tracker, but the destination on its led signs never works. Please let me know once you get this and the team is working on fixing it. Same with the control coaches that I mentioned yesterday. I want to see these fixed.
@MBTA_CR_Alerts@MBTA_CR_Alerts You may want to take a look into all of the commuter rail data because none of it works on pantograph app and it’s on your end the issue, not theirs. Normally, the coach will state on there last seen date and what line. It only does days or months ago now.
@MBTA_CR_Alerts@MBTA_CR_Alerts 1809, 1821, and 1867’s gps are all broken. Please fix. Reply if you got this. If not, I’ll assume you’ll keep them broken.
@MBTA_CR_Alerts@MBTA_CR_Alerts FYI coaches 1809 and 1821’s gps are broken. Please fix. 1809 used to work fine before it went up north. 1821 has been broken for a while now saying T instead of the destination on the coach.
