The @/CICPgg is no more, but we're not done with this scene quite yet.

In the time since we started, things have gotten significantly more dire. From TOs closing up shop to teams exploding, Tier 3's future hasn't looked so grim.

Worst of all, we didn't do anything to fix it. While we were focused on increasing the number of participants our members had, we lost sight of the very scene we claimed to be "helping".

Tournament's alone can't fix what's gone wrong here, and so let's talk about what we're going to be doing to truly Save T3.

1. We're going to be working with organizations at this level to develop models which create long-term sustainability.

Insanity is doing the same thing twice and expecting a different result, which is why it's time to switch things up in the T3 org space.

2. With our remaining two members, @CrunchGamingVal and @EVCtournaments, we're going to create bigger and better competitions.

With top tier production and content, we hope to begin telling Tier 3's stories one event at a time.

3. While steps 1 and 2 get started, we're going to build collaborations between organizations, communities, and creators.

Helping to multiply the scene's reach, and put more eyes on what everyone's doing here.

4. Finally, we're going to make a way for organizations at this level to gain revenue and create opportunities for their players.

Thank you all for your patience, we're truly sorry for failing you before, and we're excited to put this new plan into action!

We're excited to announce that @The_Reynas have officially joined the CICP!

We're going to need all the help we can get in changing the European Tier 3 scene and we're glad to have this amazing TO on our side 🫡

No only will we work to hold our own members accountable, but we will call out toxic and bad practices of other TOs in the scene.

So many organizations get away with sweeping things under the rug, and we plan to make players and organizations aware.

Accountability Pledge
The CICP is pledging to hold all of it's standing members accountable for the payments to talent and players.

When you participate or work with a CICP event, you can rest assured that you will receive what you're owed.

#Valorant T3 has failed it's players and teams.

The chief goal of any T3 scene is to be a step on a player's journey to becoming a pro. Instead, the majority of TOs have been focused on spamming out low-quality online events.

Some of our members, like @CTCLYSM_GMNG, @LuxeTournaments, and @CrunchGamingVal have shook things up with unique formats to some success.
At the end of the day though, we could really be doing so much more.

The entirety of our partnership will be putting all of our effort towards building a Tier 3 scene that works for the players.

First in North America, then in Europe, then the rest of the international scene.

Big changes are coming, and I'm sorry we've left you waiting for so long.

Riot's effectively made it clear that Immortal 3 (or the contender rank in Premier) is what it considers the baseline for Tier 2.

Saving T2/T3 is going to take more then a few orgs starting their own individual projects to fill the void Riot left.

It's going to take a collaboration, and we can't wait to show you the starting roster.
