@oneplus I cannot afford to pay €258 or even €50 just to get my broken phone back. Right now, I am left completely without a usable phone,I'm forced to put my SIM card into an old iPhone 5s that immediately turns off if it's not plugged into the charger due to a dead battery. 🙏🙏

@oneplus I really cannot understand is how it's even possible that after 4 years of daily use, my phone was repaired completely free of charge under warranty at the end of April. Yet now, just a few months after that official repair, they are demanding €258 for the exact same issue!

@OnePlus_NL My phone was ALREADY repaired under warranty for free in April 2026 for this exact same issue (Report: NL05-001R260420010). The green line appeared again in July, but since I was abroad on vacation, I could only ship it back in September.

@OnePlus_Support Today,I received a quote asking me to pay 258€ for the repair or 50€ just for the inspection,otherwise, the device will be discarded.I didn't cause any damage to the phone I am someone who treats their phone with great care, and it has never been dropped or exposed to water.
