On today’s episode of is it covid or allergies…a student proceeded to cough and say, “Don’t worry, I had it last week.” 🙃

In 2022, we are giving everyone their flowers. 🗣

It’s a week until thanksgiving break and let me tell you, teachers need to be paid more.🗣

[Savanah @Savstersss]

Today I asked if a student was ready to go and they responded “No, this is Patrick” and I lost it. Lol

[Savanah @Savstersss]

I told my students to guess what Harry Potter house I am. Was not ready for the unison of Slytherin.

It’s teacher appreciation week, please send appreciation after the dumpster fire that was this school year.🙃

I thought I was on mute today when I decided to sing J-Lo’s rendition of “This land” during the beginning of my class. My students quickly commented that I made the right career choice. Virtual teaching is going great.

2020 has been wild. This highly expensive piece of paper is for sure the highlight though.

[Savanah @Savstersss]

Nobody asked, but please enjoy these photos of my dog because he’s the cutest.

[Savanah @Savstersss]

I put in my syllabus that the only reason a student can turn in late work is if they were watching the Spurs. I guess no more late work for them.

[Savanah @Savstersss]

So does this mean I entered my quarter life crisis?

[Savanah @Savstersss]

This picture does zero justice to the fact that today I finished my Masters at Columbia University. Count me in when talking about the 4% of Latina’s with a Masters degree.🎉🎉

Today I bought frozen waffles, wine and dog toys. My cashier judged me and I have no regrets. Summer here I come.
