1)People are burning dry leaves and plastic.
2) Footpaths are used for parking taxis.
3)Govt accomodations sub-let by occupants.
4) Local parks are being used for private parties.
5) common water points are used for commercial car washing

@6300Deepak @MeruBhaiya What kind of justification is this? Don't glamorise it by calling it a culture. It is a perfect example of "lack of civic sense".
