Here’s what Maharishi Valmiki himself says in the Valmiki Ramayana .

देवासुरविमर्देषु वज्राशनिकृतव्रणम् ।
ऐरावतविषाणाग्रैरुद्घृष्टकिणवक्षसम् ॥

Meaning:
Surpanakha describes Ravana as bearing scars on his chest from the sharp tusks of Airavata, the divine elephant of Indra, sustained during the Deva–Asura battles.

What this verse tells us:
• Airavata is Indra’s celestial elephant.
• His tusks were powerful enough to leave permanent scars on Ravana.
• Airavata fought alongside Indra in the Deva–Asura war.

So @niteshtiwari22 has not shown anything which is not there in Valmiki Ramayna.
