Real estate investment is one of the most profitable businesses anyone can do because it offers three major benefits.

First, you own a hard asset. When you buy a piece of real estate, you have something you can see, feel, and touch. You are in full control of your property.
Second, it provides cash flow. Not only does the property increase in value over time, but it also pays you through rental income. In some cases, this income can even cover the mortgage if you took one, though mortgages are not very common in Nigeria.

Third, it gives you something you can always count on. It’s an asset you can look back on with pride and satisfaction. However, this kind of long-term real estate security is still not very common in Nigeria.

As much as I hate being superstitious…

The one time I’ve been involved in a vehicle accident, this exact bird was being transported. According to the driver the person that handed it to him suddenly decided to not travel and only pay him to transport the bird.

The older people in the bus kept calling it an “eagle”

This was in 2023.
Our bus crashed and we had to wait for an alternative bus to be sent to us. Another bus came and everything from the first bus was loaded on to it including the bird. We continued our journey but then at some point, the new driver tried stopping the bus but the brake wasn’t working. Everyone started to panic again but thankfully the driver found a way to slow the bus down and eventually turn it off.

That was when all the passengers (including me) decided we we’d had enough.
Everyone left and continued their journey individually.

Owning a house in this part of the world, especially in Nigeria, is often a real problem because you most likely have to use your personal money for everything.

Sometimes, when other African countries refer to us as the Giants of Africa, it feels like mockery instead of something to be proud of. Nigerians are supposed to be living the kind of life people in Europe or even America are living, or at least something close to it.

You will always find the name of our country, Nigeria, in places where people are talking about bad things. We have everything we need in this country; we just need the right people to lead us.

I just hope we all make a better choice in the 2027 election.💔

I’m not wishing them bad, but if things continue this way, I wouldn’t be surprised if their marriage ended after she gives birth or within the next 1–2 years.

The truth is, women often have more to lose when a marriage breaks down, especially when children are involved. Sure, Peller might lose money or some assets, but she could lose a lot more, in terms of time, opportunities, and the responsibility of raising a child.

Let’s not even forget that there are plenty of women waiting for Peller to give them a chance, but in her own case, she might have to start all over again while dealing with motherhood.

Anyways, I genuinely wish them both all the best.

ChatGPT makes the thumbnails. Use existing thumbnail templates from your research niches/competitors and emulate their format, but make it relevant to your video

CLAUDE writes the scripts. Feed it transcripts from 10 winning videos in your research sheet.

ElevenLabs handles the voice. Pick one voice and keep it. Your voice becomes a massive part of your channel’s identity.

Hire video editors on Fiverr/upwork/onlinejobs so they can get the footages, edit the videos and put it all together

4. POST minimum once video per week

Before uploading, check everything on your phone:

Nothing important in the bottom 20% or right 15% of the screen
1080 × 1920 with no black bars
Voice peaking around -3 dB
Music approximately 18 to 22 dB below the voice
No echo
No title card as the opening frame
Captions perfectly synchronized

5. GET MONETIZED

Right now, full long form ad-revenue eligibility requires 1,000 subscribers and 4000 watch hours

Beginning February 1, 2027, new creators will need 8000 watch hours . Creators already inside YPP won’t be affected by the increased entry requirement.

After your 10th video, study your floor, meaning the middle result among your bottom third of videos:

Floor rising with at least two videos reaching 5× your median? Increase volume and pay more for your videos.
