@Safaricom_Care am trying to terminate my post paid contract and offset my current bill using my deposit but safaricom is giving a double bill and dont understand why.A customer care agent naftali is Incapable of even explaining the reason why and cant even listen to me

@Safaricom_Care Someone paid and reversed money, now am trying to reach safaricom to raise my issue there is no option of talking to an agent in their official lines...what do you expect us to do.
The amount reversed has been deducted already.

Even after a long call with your representative to fix my internet and false assurances that it will be solved its now 72hours with less than 1mbps when a paying for 10mbps and a fake upgrade of 20mbps this month which is false.
