@virginmedia @virginmedia Just got back from an evening out and still the internet is down. It's been offline with no service since 11:30 yesterday and no more details on what the hell is going on. This is an absolute disgrace and I want answers and a commitment to resolve it ASAP!!

@virginmedia issues in Guiseley, Leeds now since 11:30. Acknowledgement that there are issues with the broadband service and that a technician is out to fix it - estimated by 15:30. That time has passed now and I've had no update and struggling to do anything WFH. Absolute joke.

@virginmedia An entire day and a half without internet now then. It's just really really poor. Fix deadlines keep getting pushed back - which could continue indefinitely. Had no more information on what's causing the issue and so I've got no more confidence in the new "fix time". Very poor.

@virginmedia @Harts1882 Is this issue actually going to be resolved today!? Woken up and still no internet. A neighbour on the same street has booked an engineer visit for tomorrow in case it's not resolved today. I've tried countless times to do this myself but can't find how you do this?

@Harts1882 @KeithDoney1997 @virginmedia Yeah just seen this too. Very disappointing. I have literally been unable to do my job WFH since this morning. I will have to drive to the office tomorrow now to guarantee a reliable internet connection. Very frustrating. Best get some compensation for this! @virginmedia

@virginmedia Just called that number and it says there aren't any issues with the broadband service. Yet there clearly still are. When is this going to be resolved? It's been almost 4.5 hours now!
