With just 13 days until the @macmillancancer #Marathon #MightyHike it was time for the last go big or go home training #Hike! So very happy with my 28.2 miler in just over 7h 30mins, with a 20 min stop for the obligatory well needed #Cuppa & sausage & egg sarnie at 18 miles!

A brilliant morning meeting at #Cherchefelle #Lodge 6543 at the local #ScoutHut in #Smallfield #Surrey. As the WM said "it was like #Freemasonry 200 years ago!" Different, Professional when needed, but most of all fun! The breakfast cooked by the scouts was top notch to!

@LondonMarathon day ment a day chasing people around #London with @DBaxter76! Just the 2 stops at 6 and 20 miles to see both Jo & Nikki pass by, but so worth it.

A cheap day trip across the channel with @DBaxter76 for a mooch around #DePanne & the local market, then into #Dunkirk for a stroll around town, a hike up the #SaintEloi #Belfry, & what a view! Then a bit more mooching, finishing the day off with an absolutely banging #Burger!

A nice 6 hours up the #Allotment today for it's first proper tidy up of the year! We turned the first picture into the second! 2 new beds dug, 1 planted with potatoes, grass cut, poly tunnel made usable, strawberries weeded,and a day of sunshine! #TheGoodLife
