@krystalmarilyn @CanadaPeru Thank you Krystal. My mother and aunt are not tech savvy and I didn't know of the FB group.Only knew of Twitter updates. Hence why I got this account set up. Seniors communicate via email. They should have read all the emails sent to them. Hope they can get on Saturday flight too

@keepintheshadow @CanadaPeru @AirCanada @CanadianPM @AmbJansenCAN I got the same email for my mother who is elderly and stuck in Lima. She cannot do anything with a flight code for Quito to Toronto flight? My aunt who is elderly too in Lima got the same email.
Is this your way of prioritizing senior citizens stuck in Lima. 😑

@CanadaPeru Again no emails sent to Senior Canadian citizens stuck in Lima? No email. No code sent to my mother. No response via email. No response over the phone. How many more days must she go like this. Not knowing if there will be flights next week for her to board. She is 73 years old!!
