@RyanTBrice @BaptistBlogger I don't know the rule, but I prefer a ballot. A few years ago, they declared a vote a 2/3 majority and I did not think it was clear. Messengers requested a ballot and it was denied. I'd like to get an official count. I'd also like to know the actual rule!
