Wearing T-shirts with Nazi swastikas, supporters of the “Goyim Defense League” held a banner reading “Honk if you know the Holocaust is fake,” across from the San Antonio Jewish Community Center, where a Holocaust commemoration event was taking place. https://t.co/d6MFgHAmLx

October 28, 1944 | 1,308 Jewish women are transferred from #Auschwitz II-Birkenau to the Bergen-Belsen camp. Anne Frank and her sister Margot were most probably among people in this transport.
This week in 1941, the Nazis murdered over 9,000 Jews - over half of them children - in the Kovno Ghetto in Kaunas, Lithuania.
We will never forget. 🕯️
28 October 1942 | The Germans shot some 280 Poles at the Wall of Death located at the yard of Block 11 of the #Auschwitz I camp. The execution was a retaliation for partisan activity in Lublin region of the General Government.
Antisemitic Nazi imagery was found graffitied at Louisiana State University. We call on the @LSU administration to launch an investigation and condemn this antisemitic act of hatred.
“The state of Antisemitism is disturbing and should alarm all Americans
"The concern about antisemitism is very real, and it is causing Jews to change their behavior and alter their lives.”

We at the Sandra Bornstein Holocaust Education Center want to acknowledge & witness the pain of the Narragansett Indian Tribal community & hope that the return of this sacred land is a meaningful point in the process of healing. 3/3
On the 4th Sunday of September each year, The Narragansett Tribe holds a mourning ceremony to commemorate The Great Swamp Massacre of December 19, 1675. 100s of women, men & children were slaughtered & burned alive in one of the most violent moments in New England history. 1/3
This week, the land on which the Great Swamp Massacre occurred has been returned to the Narragansett Indian Tribal community. Trauma can arise from distinct historical events, but also from structural violence & oppression over time, it has been described as a “soul wound”. 2/3
Three years ago today the American Jewish community experienced one of our darkest days as 11 of our innocent sisters and brothers were murdered at the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh. May their memories live on as a blessing.
These are the 11 victims, 11 Jewish souls of the Pittsburgh #TreeofLife Massacre, murdered exactly three years ago, #OTD.
May their memories alway be blessed. 🕯🕯🕯
Disgraceful to see a Manchester UK synagogue’s online services attacked with swastikas and #antisemitic images. We appreciate police are taking this incident seriously. The perpetrators must be held responsible.
