RLX Levers must be in proper working order for it to be OSHA Compliant. Damaged Springs, a worn out button bumper, or a cracked lever are all things that can have your operation shut down.

If for any reason your pot suddenly is not pressurizing when you squeeze the deadman, an air leak is a likely cause. Your deadman handle is a good place to look first.

Check around your pneumatic adaptor and if there are any leaks it's most likely a worn out pneumatic gasket.
