I got this 4/5th message this morning that Today the package will be picked up. It's 6.12 pm and no pickup is done. Got a call from @JioMart and again they said to wait.

So recharged my registered number as well and guess what, just to hear to wait. I have contacted for the return multiple times and still no update no resolution. So I mailed the grievance officer, and he too told me to wait. Just the complaint for return was accepted a day later.

Daily I get notification that today the pickup will be done but by evening I get the sorry notification that we couldn't pickup today.

Can't open your dm so here is the ticket number. Today it's 12 day and 4 fake pickup scheduled, still the pickup has not been done yet. You send me a notification daily that the product will be picked up today, and cancelled by evening.

Pathetic experience with @JioMart
I ordered a smartphone on 6th December, but even after multiple rescheduled delivery dates the order was automatically returned with any prior confirmation or consent on 26th of December. Thankfully the refund was quick.

But this wasn't over. We opened the box and the box was already tempered the original accessories were missing the smartphone was used and repacked and also it was not even properly covered. Check the video for proof. Not posting the full video due to privacy reasons.

Now it's been 10 days and the product has not been picked. Customer support again keeps saying to wait more. Same scripted responses. I recharge only one of my numbers but the call team kept saying to call from the registered number even though I have all the details.

I have the full video from the beginning of unboxing. Haven't posted that due to privacy reasons. The sim ejector pin is rusted. No back cover. No cover on display nor the pre applied screen protector. So I immediately applied for a return on the same day on the 4th of January.
