The #NkabindeInquiry has found that there was no credible evidence presented that Advocate Andrew Chauke was not fit to hold his office and has cleared him of all charges.

President Cyril Ramaphosa has addressed a letter to Advocate Chauke informing him of this and that he is fit to continue with his duties.

An Ad Hoc committee full of politicians from all parties cleared Adv Andrea Johnson of wrongdoing. Yet the Madlanga Commission, investigating the exact same allegations raised by Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, has exposed her as incompetent, dodgy, and clearly unfit for office. How is this possible?
It simply proves the Ad Hoc committee was nothing but another wasteful political exercise. We cannot pin our nation’s future solely on politicians. 🇿🇦
