ALL TICKETS WERE SOLD OUT!!! But then they suddenly weren’t…

#TicketMaster / #LiveNation deliberately withheld tickets from the initial pre-sales and even the first day of general sales—despite having more than 100,000+ hopeful concertgoers in the queues at each venue, some of which could only hold 12,000 to 19,000 people—in a pathetic attempt to pull a bait-and-switch with the same seats.

They dangled them between the ever-fluctuating Dynamic/Platinum pricing and Face Value/Regular pricing, creating an absolute shitshow that’s been dragging on for weeks now. With the additional bonus of absolutely no advertisements or notifications telling people of ticket availability.

After greedily gambling on squeezing every last cent from fans, they ended up panic-buying back hundreds of tickets from their own PARTNER SCALPERS who couldn’t offload them for their extortionate prices.

And now—because of TicketMaster's endless greed it has backfired spectacularly—you’re expecting people to scrape together hundreds of dollars, arrange time off, find accommodation, and rearrange their entire lives with less than 24 hours' notice before the U.S. leg of the tour starts. This is happening at a time when many are already struggling under the weight of the U.S.'s current chaotic circumstances.

Congrats, @Ticketmaster , @LiveNation , @BIGHIT_MUSIC , @HYBEOFFICIALtwt you've successfully fucked up the U.S. leg of this tour with your shameless profiteering and complete disregard for the very fans who keep your lights on.

If you hadn’t played all these games, the ticketing would have gone as it normally does. The tour is in high demand—we all know this. The speed at which tickets sold out for the Mexican and Asian legs of the tour alone is a testament to that demand. Some of these venues had 300,000-400,000 in queue all vying for a total number of 8,000 or 20,000 available tickets.

All we as ARMY and fans asked for was to be treated with a modicum of respect—not as cash cows to be milked dry.
