@mariotwtconfess "Play other games. It doesn't matter if you're a *fan* of a particular series and really want to see its next game much sooner than 10 years later. Just play other games."
@TheNCSmaster Grand Theft Auto V and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe selling as well as they did turned out to have negative consequences on consumers in the long run. They legit took advantage of their fans because "it'll sell no matter what". It's a cold reminder that businesses are businesses.
@3SkullJoe I don't read that line in chapter 906 as specifically referring to Imu's strength. It most likely just means the World Government's current regime will be toppled soon and that tyranny doesn't last. But the overall point is correct and it's funny that people legit forgot 922/923.
@DoesItPlay1 I can't stand the fact that Rockstar is not telling us whether or not there will be a disc version later. I really really hate when companies are not transparent with us.
@farzam_plays Not possible, unfortunately. They've already been working on a very specific chip for years at this point. It can no longer be changed. Release it four years from now and it'll be highly outdated. Replace it with a better one and you lose a lot of money.
@ActualAero It's not actually 4K, though. Doesn't even seem to be close to it. I think Nintendo has been using that term to generically refer to output for several releases now.
@blue__jest When I replayed the game knowing how to play it and only doing mandatory content, it only took me about 10 hours to get a Skell. Completing the game takes a minimum of 60 hours. Plus, as of late, I've deliberately lessened my use of a Skell for challenge and variety.
@Davidealbertin2 Depends on what you're looking for. Better presentation? 100%. Better gameplay? Probably. There are signs that the exploration and co-op were improved.
@rubynesoberi He deals about the same damage without taking recoil from the Life Orb and freeing it up for another party member. Also has higher turn one Speed. 👍
@Lucky_ChannelAK Particularly with textures. I have no clue why gflib3 struggles so hard with rendering textures of any decent quality. They've looked horrid for six years, and even Winds and Waves have this issue to some degree. Is it just worse with memory optimization than before? I guess so.
@Lucky_ChannelAK I think the answer is the engine. They used several versions of "gflib", basically updating it for each console. For whatever reason (new less-skilled programmers, higher ambition, etc.), their current version of the engine is way less hardware-efficient than the previous ones.
@TheBeijingKing_ I fell into that "it's perfect" line of thought when it released because of how big and pretty it was. But what can you actually do in that game? Shrines? Side quests? Divine Beasts? Most of it isn't very fun in hindsight. The fun part is finding that stuff rather than doing it.
